1. Total Available Funds

Housing Sector
- A minimum amount from the total allocation must be utilized for housing requirements, including the LIFE Housing Scheme.

Women Component Plan
- A minimum of ₹3,798,920 must be earmarked for women-oriented welfare and development programmes.
Children, Persons with Disabilities and Transgender Persons

Senior Citizen Welfare
